今日のレアジョブ英語講師はJoannaです。
彼女は今年の３月に教員免許を取る試験を受ける予定でしたが、コロナのせいで試験が延期され続けまだ行われていないそうです。彼女の友人で一緒に試験を受ける予定の人がこの延期で受けられず、コロナ鬱のようになり、諦めたそうです。
まだ彼女はレアジョブで働き始めて２週間しか経っていません。今朝も朝の５時から休み無く、30分に一人受けて、私で16人目でした。
新顔の彼女にはおなじみの生徒がいないので、ほとんどが初めての生徒で、カリキュラムがそれぞれことなり、違う対応が求められます。
初め少し疲れた顔をしていましたが、話しているうちに元気になり、フリーカンバセーションは楽しくて良いと喜んでいました。良かった。
彼女の趣味は歌と踊りです。どんな踊りかと聞くと、バレーだそうです。以前はバレーの講師もしていたそうですが、今はその仕事はなくなりました。
彼女は9人の大家族で暮らしています。
彼女から自己紹介文が届きました。
Joanna is the youngest of 4 siblings.
She grew up surrounded by a loving family that contributed a lot to the way she is now. A lot of people say that she is sweet, friendly and has good humor too.
She takes care of her mom who is being treated for breast cancer. Whenever she has a free time, she would stay beside her mom where she finds comfort and strength.
It was her goal to become a public school teacher this year but the pandemic made that impossible to happen. What keeps her sane during this tough time are her hobbies which is singing and dancing, and the different students that she gets to talk to at Rarejob.
She gets her strength and motivation from the encouragement that her Mom and Dad gives her and for her, they are the reason why she can keep on going.
